Excited to Share My Journey at Bharat Tex 2024 x National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi!! What began as a member of the design team at Bharat Tex has evolved into an incredible opportunity to lead and coordinate a team of seven talented designers. It's been an enriching experience, filled with learning, growth, and meaningful collaboration. Starting out crafting brochures and visual content, I am grateful to Dr R . Rashmi Munshi for entrusting me with design responsibilities. As time progressed, I was entrusted with greater responsibilities, entrusting me with the coordination and management of Anurag Jain, Deepit Chugh, Debarun, Prasansha Saha, Samant Chauhan, Roopali Rawat, and Rana Pratap. Collaborating with these talented individuals not only honed my leadership skills but also fostered a culture of creativity and teamwork. A special shoutout to my classmates who formed the backbone of our design team. Together, we've tackled challenges, celebrated victories, and forged lasting bonds. As I reflect on this incredible journey, I am filled with gratitude for the invaluable lessons learned, the friendships forged, and the professional growth achieved. I look forward to applying these experiences and insights to future endeavors, continuing to push the boundaries of creativity and innovation.
